What You’ll Do

- 📅 Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our agents
- 📬 Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, calls, and messages
- 🗂️ Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- 🏃♀️ Help with office errands
- 📦 Organize office supplies when needed
- 🎉 Participate in marketing events
